Yogis’ Paradise

Yoga is for everyone and anyone can practice and benefit from it.  It could help with healing the mind and body, strengthening the limbs, increasing flexibility, increasing clarity and awareness and helping with  wight loss. There are many forms of yoga introduced in the west,  but ultimately yoga is just one method and has eight paths.  To rip the benefits one should practice daily.
